Pain in knee joint
20 days before i met with an accident and minor injury was there in my right leg and shoulder. After that i had done x-ray and it was fine. I continued lysoflam and zerodol sp tablets for one week. Now everything is fine but i feel pain in knee joint while bending after long time standing and vise versa. I am applying Systaflam gel and moov gel daily. But still pain is not clear. What to do for relief ?

Knee joint pain after trauma can be due to internal ligament injuries which usually take 3 weeks to settle. Give ice packs and systaflam gel application to the knee. Use open patella knee brace while walking. If pain does not subside in 3 weeks u can plan for mri knee

Continue local gel application and if you are having instability in knee while going up and down on stairs then u might need an knee MRI
