Pain in knee
Hi, I m working into food industry and it's a standing job. Due to this, body weight pressure comes on knee and swelling also there. Now I have pain in knee while climbing stairs. Pls suggest what test to be done.

It sounds like you could be having a patello femoral pain syndrome which is a very common condition wherein there is wear and tear of a joint in front of the knee. To confirm tightening of the knee can cause the same pain as well, getting an MRI would confirm the extent of wear and tear. Physiotherapy in most cases helps reduce the pain.
