I am hypothyroid. My Hb aic is 6.4 and average glucose is 138. My BP is 140/95. HDL is 32. Family history of heart diseases CABPS, DIABETES.I am asthmatic also. Overweight 85kg, 178cm tall with lower bone density than normal. PAIN in joints while walking or stepping stairs. Whether ayush treatment and therapies required? Already on medicines 150mg thyronorm and rosuvas f10 daily. Please reply, with regards.

Hello Sir. Very Good afternoon. I'm Dr.Yogesh Kr Sharma. You should come to practo chat cause you have multiple symptoms. Your HbA1c, is excellent, but your blood pressure is high which needs treatment as soon as possible. I would suggest you to go for a preventive Health check up including Thyroid Function test, as well as 25 hydroxy vitamin.D. Your Lipid profile is also deranged, that's why you are taking T. Rosuvas f 10 mg daily. For your proper evaluation, and come to a conclusion, please do these investigations soon & come to practo chat. Please don't ignore this.
