Dear client plz put elaborate which part and how much area is involved, if it is close to some joint possible some tendon is getting irritated or else into the limb then could be some other issue complication as well like CRPS plz visit your surgeon or any nearest Ortho Surgeon follow up with Physio!

The symptoms described are inadequate for me to answer your query I feel if you post some pictures of your hand and x-ray reports it will be easier to answer however most common syndrome after hand surgery is complex regional pain syndrome or CRPS which you might be having if the fracture is healed which can be cured with physiotherapy and some specific medicines so I will suggest to take a second opinion by visiting a nearby Orthopaedic surgeon.

Pain n swelling after fracture is a common complaint,  you should go for physio sessions... Pain will b fine
