Starts paining in head and spinal cord when gets little bit hungry, also dizziness happened during laying on bed in night.

Hello there.  I can understand your concern.  You should get it checked out by a ENT specialist in person for further evaluation and management. He will take care of the problems. For pain, have meals on time. As simple as that. Best regards. Dr. Anil kumar jain. Bangalore.
