I have pain in two hands and hands fingers joints since 3months im doing some test like vitam b12 and vit d is normal and uric acid levels 7.4 and RA FACTOR IS 14.4 iu still also i have pain in hands and fingers joints since

This is the classic representation of Gouty Arthritis, and also ur Uric Acid levels are high. You need to look for treatment of Gout or consult an orthopedist.

Cold fomenting , drink plenty of water( >4 ltrs)
Health Tips
Avoid spinach, cabbage, sprouts, lentils, red meat, egg yolk.

Excess use of the hands for writing, using laptop, mobile use and other activities that require gripping or holding. They cause stiffness of the muscles of the forearm which can exert stretch on the small joints of fingers giving pain. Reduce the activities relevant to you, do stretching exercises.
