Pain in hand palms sleep in night
Age 47, Male, Ht. 5'10', wt 82 kg Since last 4-5 weeks  after going to sleep  I awake in midnight due mild to moderate pain in palms of both arms. Feels like nerve compression somewhere .... Mild tingling/burning sensation in arm/fingers.  It's gets well when i get out of bed but again same happens while having  sleep of 2-3 hrs.....Due to this I wake 2 to 3 times in night...Try to sleep straight also and change pillow . There is no issue during day except mild stiffness sometimes..plz advise any medicine to treat this problem. Rest all is normal.  I don't have any other medical issue I am have taken pregab M 75 for 4-5 weeks as per Doctor advise.. Got little relief but the problem persists. I am regularly taking B12 tablet( Remylin D) 2-3 times in week . No other problems.

It's a case of carpal tunnel syndrome. Need evaluation . Better to consult a neurologist as only medication will not help . With fee simple exercise u may get relief .
