  4. Pain in hand join. I can do for this?

Pain in hand join
When I stretch my hand elbows I feel pain alot. So please help me I suggest medicine or any treatment. What I can do for this?

Visit a physiotherapist and get it treated..  medicine will reduce pain.. but physiotherapy will help to reduce pain also will make sure you don't feel pain in future by stretching your stiff muscle or tendon... Get it properly assessed there and take treatment accordingly
