Pain in groin and testicles
Hi I am 33 years old and I am getting pain in groin left side and after some time pain passes to right groin and both testicles, also I get pain in groin whenever I cough with pain in the lower back at that time...All the pain goes off when I do mastrubation and comes back after two days again. Please tell me what could be the issue and let me know the specialist whom can I reach Note:- Scrotal Doppler is done and everything seems to be normal.

Hi... As u have already mentioned that ur scrotal Doppler is normal... Then I think  there is nothing to worry... As per ur symptoms looks like u have got chronic orchalgia  which is a self limiting disease...  U don't  need to do any thing for that..  It will go away on its own after some days or months
Next Steps
If ur obese  try to loose some weight. Use scrotal  support which will also decrease  ur pain U can take pain killers whenever u get sever pain
