Pain in Forearms
I get a sharp radiating pain in my both forearms (ulnar side) while doing a biceps curl and other workout. I took 2 weeks rest and after that lightened the weight too but pain is still there.

Hi Dr kalpita here(borivali), wear a below elbow strap while doing workout that involves ur elbow..avoid overhead activity ..check on ur lifestyle n sleeping patterns..symptoms should relive.. if doesn't see a nearest doctor at earliest..good luck
