Dear madam, the fluttering of eyes could be due to some underlying B12 deficiency. Would advise to get Serum vitamin B12 tested and vitamin D3 also. If pain and redness I. Eye is occasional and mild could be allergic. Dark circles under eyes can be due to many reasons including stress, lack of sleep. Take adequate rest and some vitamin E based under eye cream.
