Pain in Eye
I work in IT and using specs...once in a week i feel my eye is burning and having pain. I throw some water to eye and some times it works but some time not

Hello Your symptoms are suggestive of computer vision syndrome which is nothing but dryness due to decreased blink rate Try A.  Cold compresses B.  Blink a lot C.  Use antiglare glasses D.  Use lubrucating eyedrop frequently like Genteal E.  Decrease illumination of mobile phone Feel free to ask more queries

You are suffering from computer vision syndrome. Purchase some lubricant "tear drops" and use them frequently while st work . Also take rest of 30 seconds every 30 minutes where you close your eyes briefly . Also remember to blink more often. Maskatieyeclinic opposite Charni Rd station east, Mumbai
