It's been paining in eyes from past two days now one ulcer came on upper lid of the eye please respond

Hello This could be due to lid infection Try A. Warm compresses B. Apply antibiotic ointment locally over lid margins C.take systemic antibiotic like ciprofloxacin twice daily Having said that it is provisional diagnosis kindly consult local ophthalmologist and and get proper eye examination done
