Hello I have pain in my chin area and my chest has pain at center and when i breath it goes away Ecg ECHO TMT is normal Can anyone advice I just did an ecg and it came normal Any response will be appreciated

If tmt is normal no need to do anything if symptoms persist do ct coronary angiography to confirm coronary artery disease
