  4. Pain in chest. What could be the reason?

Pain in left arm jaw chest back shoulder. Breathlessness pressure on chest. What could be the reason?

It can be due to heart pain ( angina ) that is decrease blood supply, or due to esophageal spasm or due to Acid reflux. But pressure symptoms points towards heart cardiac pain . I need more details so consult and chat with me online here.
