My echo test report says, Mitral valve prolapse (aml) Grade 1 mitral regurgitation, trivial aortic regurgitation, normal pa pressure, no rwma, normal lv systolic function, lvef 60%, grade 1 lv diastolic dysfunction, no clot /vegetation /pericardial effusion.
