Pain in chest

Asked for Female, 17 Years

I'm having pain around the chest area and a pain at a particular spot in lower left side of the chest...and there is pain on the upper shoulder and arm of the right hand, I've been sitting for long hours in front of laptop due to online classes. Are there any cause of concern
