Pain in chest bone.
I am getting slight pain in the centre of my chest bone. Seems like minor pain. Do I need to worry and see a doctor?? Or it can be ignored.

Maybe due to gastritis...try eating several small meals instead of three large ones whenever you can...Avoid foods that irritate your stomach, especially those that are spicy, acidic, fried or fatty... avoid coffee, tea etc... Avoid stress, consider calming activities, such as meditation, yoga etc...sleep with head raised position and have dinner at least 2 hours before sleep..Consult physician.

Hello There. I can understand your concern, considering your age it could be a simple gastritis. but to rule out other problems we will require more history and a clinical examination, do you take your meals on time? it is recommended that you take your meals on time. instead of having 3 huge meals, have 5 smaller meals at regular intervals, drink lots of water. out of those 5 meals, let 2 meals be completely of fruits and vegetables. avoid oily and spicy foods. take a capsule pan-l once or twice a day half an hour before food for 5 days. best regards, Dr. Anil kumar jain.
