Pain in chest area
My wife is having chest pain for the past two months now. it is basically like a muscular pain which happens more if she picks up weight. Just to inform She was doing gym regularly and also lost around 12 kg weight in the past 5 months. The pain is their but it increases doing physical work. The pain is not on the exact breast side but above it. Please suggest.

Pain on chest can be due to anemia, muscle weakness or overworked, gastritis or cardiac or maybe due to lungs if cough is continuous

as you observed that she's losing weight due to exercise and there's no cough or breathing problems, get following tests done to rule out the following

ECG, Echocardiography, X ray chest, blood test for sugar and cbc get BP checked give her a painkiller like Paracetamol 500 mg if pain is relieved, it's muscular but other possibilities need to be ruled out
