Pain in chest and back with vomiting
Mainly at night ive been woken up with pain. Upon waking it gets progressively worse it causes me to vomit and I'm very uncomfortable. When I move the pain gets alot worse and the only position that makes the pain seem less intense is sitting with my knees up to my chest. Breathing feels tight.

Vomiting and pain  denotes some inflammation  inside Either  in Lung Heart or GIT
