Pain in breast and tenderness
Feels tender and nipples hurt when touched. Cannot find any lump or any swelling. Upper back aches sometimes. No family history of cancer. Really scared. Please guide.

Most likely benign breast disease or ANDI. My advice would be : Fat restricted diet, avoid coffee cold drinks if symptoms persist get a High Resolution USG of both breast done.

Most likely a cyclical mastalgia with fibrocystic disease. Nothing to panic. It's a benign condition ( not a cancer) I would suggest you to consult a surgeon for further guidance
