Your leg pain may be due to the disc bulge at the levels of L4-L5. If your experiencing the pain just like a straight line throughout the legs is indicate compression of sciatic nerve. Do traction massage with hip bandage, vaitarana vasti, matravasti with dhanwantaram mezhupakam will give better result. Take sahacharadi kashayam ,balarishtam ,dasamoolahareetaki leham for three months. If the pain not in that way go for further consultation.
