Pain in both legs
My son is having legs pain in night while in sleep it happen 4 to 5 time in a month. It happen only in night and in a day he is good playing walking. Please suggest what could be the reasons and treatments. The pain is so severe that he could not sleep.

Most probably its growing pain Ensure proper hydration, calcium rich food Can supplement calcium syrup, warm massage will be soothing

This is called growing pain and it happens to children at this age due to bone growth. There is nothing much to worry if he is active and playful in the morning. If the pain persists, you can get Calcium, Phosphate, ALP and Vitamin D levels of your child checked to rule out vitamin D deficiency. Thanks and take care
