  3. Pain in both heel. Veins please suggest!

Pain in both heel
I have pain in both heels at the backside of the foot. Majourly in Morning when I leave the bed am unable either to stand after some steps the pain reduces itself. Last year have the pain below the heel doctor gives me objection and the pain stops but he denied to inject at the backside of the foot saying it may harm the veins Please suggest

Hello.. Well most of the heel pain develops due to improper use of footware and posture problem...it's better you consult an orthopaedician and get it examined by him...if its neural pain then you can be given medications in oral form for that....thank you
