Pain in bone of heal. Be the problem?

When the facia is very tight, it keeps pulling on the bone resulting in inflammation and pain. I suggest that you take the following medicines : 1. Tab Nucoxia 90 mg one tab a day after food for 3 weeks 2. Tab Pan 40 mg one tab a day before food for 3 weeks 3. Tab Gabantin 100 mg one tab two times a day after food for 3 weeks Also you need to do stretching exercises for the plantar fascia. Obtain a silicon sole insert from the local footwear shop and slip it inside your shoe. This will help relieve the pain. Good luck!
