Pain in bone of heal

For last 3 to 4 month I am feeling pain in the of my heal. It is not all the time but when sitting for long time then suddenly stand and started walking at that moment I feel the pain once walked for 2 to 3 minutes again do not feel the pain. Can some advice please what could be the problem?

Thanks for taking the time to write to me.

You have plantar fascitis. Underneath the sole of your foot, the plantar fascia extends along the entire foot. It is attached to the heel bone (calcaneum). When the facia is very tight, it keeps pulling on the bone resulting in inflammation and pain.

I suggest that you take the following medicines :
1. Tab Nucoxia 90 mg one tab a day after food for 3 weeks
2. Tab Pan 40 mg one tab a day before food for 3 weeks
3. Tab Gabantin 100 mg one tab two times a day after food for 3 weeks

Also you need to do stretching exercises for the plantar fascia. Obtain a silicon sole insert from the local footwear shop and slip it inside your shoe. This will help relieve the pain.
