Pain in back portion while streching.
May be my core is weak or something like that. Feeling tremendous pain while jumping and exercise in the lower back portion of the body.

Stop all exercises for 2 weeks, and sleep in your back straight, don't turn to one side and sleep... Gradually increase your exercise...
