Every time I feel pain in my back, i think a joint pain it is in my back ,I walk 5 km per day, does walking have any effect in back pain or something else?

Hello....... Lower back pain could be due to paraspinal muscle spasm , intervertibral disc bulge or herniation,damaged bone or ligament,radiculopathy ( small nerve root irrigation) ..it s not possible to comment without x ray ,MRI,Walking has no bad effect on back pain ... Improper posture while working or sleeping can also aggravate back pain consult orthopedic surgeon
