Pain in arm and numbness in fingers
Whenever arm is stretched, a shock like pain in the arm and/or joint is felt which subsides after 5-10minutes. The other complaint is constant numbness in the tiny and ring finger for days together. Tried Jubinerv for 15 days but no use. Iam a type 2 diabetic.

Your pattern of pain suggests ulnar nerve involvement or possibly lower brachial plexus involvement. In either case please avoid random medication, get it examined by an orthopaedic surgeon or neurologist. This will help rule out nerve entrapment syndromes and brachial plexus involvement by a variety of conditions, trivial & serious.
