Pain in arm and chest

Asked for Male, 26 Years

After I had my dinner of paratha and chilli chicken I went to bed as then I started my right arms nerve was paining and also a chest pain was there. It was coming and going. Then I took some gelusile and it somewhat gave some relief. Then at the middle of the night my heart beat was getting high. Was it due to acidity? Also I had fever 15days back with cold and cough. Consulted with the doctor and took medicines and was ok after that but then again the cough came back for the past 4days. But I don't have fever. Also I don't have any breathing issues.
