Pain in anus after passing stool
I am having acute pain while passing my first stool in the morning since last 6 days and the pain stays for first half of the day  i.e 5-6 hours.It feels like pricking pain while passing the stool.Then after it feels normal and the cycle again continues in the morning.I have applied pilex 40 to the anal area but no relief as such.Pease suggest me what to do.
