Pain in ancle and joint of feet
Before 20 days I suffered from viral fever in which I have joint pain in all over body so the doctor prescribed some medicine that gave relief to me but aftr some days pain in ancl nd joint of both feet started and its increasing day by day I tried hot water therapy and using a bandage still pain is remaining.
should I avoid walking on regular basis nd
How can I get rid of that pain which is increase day by day?
