Pain in anal area while passing motion
I feel pain while passing motion, the pain is extreme when I start passing motion. I can't even sit in normal posture while doing motion. After I am done the pain remains for sometime and then it eases. I can see a very small whitish dot in that area. What could possibly be the problem. Any medicine or medical advise , pls suggest.
