Pantop D is not very effective and I want to know the reason of chest pain.I m having ultrasound report done 2 months before.Fatty liver has been diagnosed in it . please suggest what next to do

All chest pain are not because of acidity. You need to rule out heart issues before tanking antacids. Fatty liver will not cause chest pain. Lot of people have fatty liver, most of them will not cause any problem. Eating healthy and regular exercise works for most people with fatty liver.
