  4. Pain in abdomen. Should be my next step?

I ve been having pain on lower left side and middle right side of abdomen for 5 day I previously had gastric and heartburn problem for 5 months the pain sometimes stop me from moving no blood in. motion or lose motion recently doen an ultrasound everything was normal. according to the ultrasound what should be my next step?
