Pain in abdomen

Asked for Female, 17 Years

For the last few days i have been experiencing on and off pain near upper abdomen(pin pricking sensation)Yesterday at night suddenly the pain aggravated(feeling of pin pricking and also a sort of tightness nd heaviness in upper abdomen)Used tab acotrust, drotin,espumisan gold yesterday night....Today morning had tab esoz D(took this medicine due to slight burning sensation in abdomen,had Nissen fundoplication 8 months back,currently having Grade A esophagitis-endoscopy done last month)still sometimes feeling slight pin pricking sensation..What is it due to??

Probably Gastritis is PERSISTENT. Appropriate treatment to be planned after proper evaluation of SYMPTOMS and signs. Avoid spicy foods coffee tea cold drinks alcohol smoking junk food etc.
