Pain in Abdomen Area

Asked for Female, 30 Years

Having Pain in Abdomen Area from 4-5 days. Done Sonography but found nothing but the pain is continous. Medicine Taken are:- Cap-Gutfast Tab-Meftal Spas Tab-Liv52 Attaching the Sonography report with it. Please Suggest
