I have falling down on stairway so hardly pain in my two teeths and currently lightly movable condition.

Hello I believe since you have fallen from the stairs you have injured your upper front teeth. Since you are complaining of mobility in your teeth you should immediately consult a dentist if you have already not done that. X rays should be taken of your teeth and further treatment plan will then be decided. Probable treatment could range from build up if broken parts of injured teeth if any, splinting of mobile teeth and even root canal treatment of the teeth.
