Pain & hot burning sensation in penis.

Asked for Male, 30 Years

Hi,i am having pain in my penis from tip to bottom in left side only for last 3 months along with hot burning sensation or inflammation while erection also i feel pain & burning.i just only itched that left side of my penis one day and on that day white colour discharge came out before going to sleep i applied nivea cold cream on next more discha.
