- Drink 3 liters of water per day
- Reduce your intake of dietary sodium. eg: Salted snacks, Prepared salad dressings, mustard, ketchup, pickled foods, olives, etc
- Reduce your intake of animal protein such as meat, poultry, fish, and eggs.
- Maintain proper calcium intake from food or calcium supplements.
- Avoid food such as spinach, rhubarb, strawberries, chocolate, wheat bran, nuts, beets and brewed tea.
- Exercise regularly (minimum 30mins)
