Low back pain worse after basketball )-:
Yesterday I played basketball...bad idea. Afterward my lower back was hurting pretty bad. If I sneeze? pain. Bend over? pain. Try to get up from sitting? pain. If I lay down on my back? pain, but only for a little while, then it subsides. It helps a bit if I raise my knees. If I lay on my stomach, there's very little to no pain. If i'm standing for too long I get pain that way as well. This low back pain has been active for a while now, but after basketball it's significantly worse. Help me doc.
