Pain front lower part foot like nails
My father is 54 years now and he is diabetic from past 10-12 years . Now front pat of below foot started pain and color looks whitish also started slight swelling . Local B.A.Ms sujested that might be Niles and given injunction in alternative days but still the pain and swelling not reduced.

There could be underlying pus giving a whitish colour to the skin. In that case it will need to be removed. Strict sugar control is also required in such cases.
