Your triglycerides levels are high, you need to control on oily and fat food and practice regular exercises. Pottasium levels if high can cause damage to heart. Drink water atleast 3L to 4L of water every day. Stay well Hyderated. Repeat electrolyte test. Your vit d levels are also low ,the symptoms you are having could be because of low vit d levels. Please let us know how long did u take neurokind d3 tablets . And also please mention if you had any injury to back, any history of fall ? Consult for any query
