Pain during periods time
I am 29 years married 1 year back. No kids. Recently i started getting severe pain during my periods mainly on 1st day. This pain is unbearable that i cant pass urine and stool. Please suggest me some tablets for the same.

Hello dysmenorrhea is painfull muscle cramps during Menstruation. It could be either primary that's without any specific cause secondary, . Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs(NSAIDs) are effective in relieving the pain of primary dysmenorrhea.Harmonal pills will regualise cycle and relieves from pain . But in secondary dysmenorrhea underlying cause should be looked into
