Pain during intercourse

I'm experiencing pain on the outer edge of my vagina at the very beginning and very end of intercourse. It's only on one area on the posterior edge and doesn't feel like deep pain. It seems to be just an issue with the skin right there. No bleeding, no abnormal discharge or odor. I'm on a birth control pill. Been with the same man for the last 2 ye
