Hi pain below belly button reflects either infection of urinary tract ( bladder) or infection in end part of colon ( sigmoid colitis).
Its better to get a urine routine and culture sensitivity done.
Take plenty of fluids. You may need to start antibiotics if your urine routine says plenty of pus cells.
