Hi dear
Pain after injections is quite common but it should not persist till 1 month so if it's still persisting check if you have any swelling there or consult a doctor nearby so that they can give you appropriate treatment

One month is too long a time. Don't take any treatment for the pain.
You should swing the arms repeatedly for about 2 minutes (by watch) and repeat the exercise 3-4 times a day.
