Pain/discomfort in right upper quadrant
Hi, I feel pain & discomfort in my right side upper quadrant sometimes in front side, sideways & sometimes back side. I took gastric tablets thinking it's an gas problem. But still I feel some pain & discomfort. Kindly guide

It could peptic ulcer. Take tablet Pantop-40 mg early morning on empty stomach. Two Tablets of Digene  thrice daily after food. Avoid spicy and deep fried foods. Take food in regular timings. If no relief in on month , consult a gastroenterogist.

Mild discomfort if subsiding with gastric medication, will need a follow up, diet and medications. If symptoms are severe possibility of gall stones also to be ruled out.. In any case review if symptoms persist.
