I am having regular pain in night time on left hand upper chest.from blood report test my cholesterol levels are high. Suggest me required test for complete heart health checkup. Last year I got infected with COVID 19

Your pain is atypical it does not seem to be heart related. Your cholesterol is not too high it has nothing to do with your pain. You just need some lifestyle changes for cholesterol like regular exercise, weight control and diet modification. Get ECG ECHO TMT done to rule out heart related pain
