Pain(burn) in scrotum

Asked for Male, 21 Years

I am having this constant sensation of burning in the right testicle since 1.5 yrs. I have visited 2 different doctors(surgeon) in between this period where they conducted color doppler. The first time he said it to be some infection and second time the doctor told me that it is nothing. but still i am feeling burn .
