Pain below the testicle while doing poop
When I apply pressure while doing poop I am getting pain below the testicles
After doing poop also there is slight pain throughout the day
Right side of testicle is at a higher angle then left side as u can see in image
I don't what is happening pls tell me what to do who to consult what disease i am having

Probably chronic pelvic pain syndrome
